Realmont took control of this value-add office opportunity in Brisbane with an investment strategy to re-position and enhance the asset within 2-3 years. Key activities include the creation of an office lobby, ground floor retail reconfiguration, on-floor office refurbishments, new end-of-trip facilities, building services upgrade and ACP façade rectification. We have made ESG enhancements to the asset in this time. Realmont is also managing the office and retail leasing campaign leading to a potential disposition.
